To My Church Family,
Your check for my Holy Land Trip went in the mail this morning…my passport is current ….a guidebook sits on my bedside table. I can’t begin to thank you enough for your generosity in making this possible for me. I had really given up on dreams of ever seeing Jerusalem, figuring my exotic travel days were behind me. Just shows that where bighearted people of God get with Him on a plan that surprises are always possible. Promise to bring amazing memories back to share with you all——serving Christ together at Shiloh.

Maundy Thursday

Saturday, February 28th, 2009

ON Thursday, April 9th, we will observe Maundy Thursday with an evening Seder and Communion Dinner, beginning at 7:00 pm. This evening is wonderful for all ages as we gather around tables and remember God’s mighty acts of deliverance for Israel in the context of Jesus’ Last Supper with his disciples. Moe details to follow, but be sure to save this evening during Holy Week.

Caroling

Monday, December 1st, 2008

On Sunday, Dec 21st, we are all gathering to take Christmas to our church members and friends who are homebound.  We’ll carpool from the Church at 4:00 pm to make our driving easier and look forward to taking all ages to go and sing and visit.  This is not about music;  this is about God’s love that can laugh, give hugs, show we care and then, last of all, sing.  Let Kathy Morse know if there’s someone you want us to stop by and see.
